Brian Hannah, MS, CSCS, MATRx

Kinesiologist, Health and Performance Coach

My coaching practice combines thorough assessments, body work, strength coaching and personal development coaching to guide you towards optimal health and wellness.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife and 3 kids. I enjoy weight training, kettlebells, trail running, sprinting, mountain biking, snowboarding and surfing among many other sports. I am certifiably obsessed with “biohacking”, constantly researching and learning about human wellness and performance and testing on myself, family and clients to gain deeper insights and understandings. Some of my favorite hacks are meditation, fasting, breath work, hot/cold plunge contrasting, heavy lifting, sprinting/HIIT, supplements, barefoot training and grounding, and innovative technology such as Oura ring.
